Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Customers may return eligible merchandise purchased from Shop 1832 within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Odor-free
  • Undamaged
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, a Shop 1832 gift card may be issued.

Customers returning items by mail are responsible for all return shipping costs. To avoid return shipping charges, eligible items may be returned in person at the campus store – Shop 1832 during regular business hours.

Shop 1832 reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchange Policy

Eligible merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to product availability.

Items being exchanged must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Odor-free
  • Undamaged
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Customers requesting an exchange by mail are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to Shop 1832. As a courtesy, the Shop 1832 will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the customer.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose another eligible item, receive a refund to the original form of payment, or receive a Campus Store gift card.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

·       Graduation Regalia

·       Custom or personalized merchandise

·       Gift cards

·       Clearance or FINAL SALE items

·       Food, beverages, or other consumable products

·       Opened Personal care items
